This week I got several projects graded, including my teapot, and i am finishing projects that need to be. This week i have created my hand and wheel and a choice project that are being fired and ready to be glazed when tuesday comes.

This week i created another lided project and this time i truly believe it will come out of the kiln with both the lid and the vase! This week i also got caught up with my website and got several projects graded!

This week i completly finsihed my teapot. Its fired and glazed and ready to be graded. Also i created another lidded project, however, bad luck stikes again and the lid is nowhere to be found. Inspite of the loss of the lidded project, i feel confident in completing all my work before the year ends! 

This week was all dedicated to the teapot. I attached all the parts of the teapot together. They all came together nicely except the angle of the spout where it needs to be pointed up and i did not account for that during the creation of the spout. With all the pieces together i carved into the project to incorperate my theme and artistic elements.

My choice project is completely finished however my lidded project is no where to be found and i am most likely going to start over. For my teapot, i have created the vase, the handel and the spout. i just need to remake the lid and attach the peices together.

For most of the week i worked on my lidded project and choice project. My lidded project is ready to be fired and the choice project is on the glaze shelf.

 On Monday I started working on the 4th quarter projects. I threw my lidded project and started to work on other projects. It took a couple of atempts to regain the skills from spring break but i am back and ready to go.
